The premises are situated in a large garden in the village of Barnham which is located between the historic town of Arundel and the city of Chichester both of which are a 10 minute car drive away.

All rooms are on the ground floor and have ensuite with either a bath or a shower. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with T.V., Hairdryer etc. A full English breakfast is served in the mornings usually between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00am or at other times by prior agreement. Special dietary needs are also catered for
